Our well-respected client, based in Albury, operates a progressive and successful residential building business. They have a well-established pipeline of work as well as a large land bank ready for development.They are currently seeking a Senior Building Supervisor to join their well-established team.This position will be responsible for managing and supervising residential building projects in and around the Albury-Wodonga area. This will include managing subcontractors, staff, site safety, materials, as well as reading and interpreting plans.The successful candidate will have previous experience as a Site Manager/Site Foreman in the construction industry and relevant carpentry trade qualifications would be highly desirable. Strong IT, communication, and organisational skills are also required.
