As an administration assistant (internally known as a building services officer) you will be managing our busy national phone line as well as taking ownership of the teams shared inbox. This is a great opportunity for someone with outstanding communication skills to get experience in a corporate environment.
This will be a permanent full time , based in the Sydney office.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Be the main point of contact for our national phone line. Manage a national shared inbox of general enquiries. Provide support to the wider building services team when required. Provide relief to our front desk and front of house services. Creating and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders, internal clients, and the management team by displaying our values and behaviours.
ABOUT YOU
Full Australian working rights without restrictions. Previous experience answering a high volume of incoming calls. Excellent phone manner & attention to detail. The ability to take initiative, be innovative, and solve problems, with attention for accuracy, spelling and grammar and an excellent eye for detail. Proficiency in Microsoft office suite including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, PowerPoint.
