The Building Services and Operations Manager role is to establish, lead and manage the Building Services Team for the Real Estate division. The role will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Support Centre, ensuring adherence to all risk and compliance matters related to Botanicca, including store maintenance and compliance across our House of Brands.
Key Accountabilities Create an inspiring team environment that fosters collaboration and ongoing developmentManagement of budgets and expenditure in relation to Botanicca and the Store MaintenanceManagement of any minor and major projectsCoordination of maintenance and facilities services for a portfolio of retail and concession stores within Australia and New ZealandManagement of building contracts and associated contractors across the store networkManagement of and approval of all maintenance requests and liaison with the brands as requiredManagement of the Maintenance system utilised by the groupManagement of asset register that includes details on building structural and built systems and plant maintenance and lifecycle management across the store networkManagement of all maintenance contracts (technical and non-technical) and tendering of contracts on expiry to deliver the most efficient method of delivery for the brandsSupport the Building Services Supervisor to ensure management of the Loading Dock, Mailroom and Reception is a seamless day-to-day operation for all associated activitiesKey Capabilities Qualification in Business and Operations Management highly regardedExperience in building operations and facilities environment preferably shopping centreSound and practical understanding of Building Codes, Australian standards as they relate to building operations and Essential Services Authority and Statutory requirements, OHS and OHS legislationStrong contract management and negotiation skillsStrong administration and computer skillsTeam player, willing to support and enhance the activities of other members of the groupWhy work for CRG?
