Building Project Manager

Website Professional Maintenance Services We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver safe, high quality and on-time construction projects for our high end clients.
Key responsibilities: Preparation of project scope of works, oversee budgets and review feasibility reportsCoordination of tradespeople on siteEnsure design and construction progress and expenditure align with project specificationsTake the lead role in the day-to-day management of on-site safety, including monitoring of site safety, completion of safety administration and a proactive approach to safety practices and rectification when required.Ensure high level of communication and teamwork through direct communications and on-site meetings with site teams and clients.Manage and coach staff effectively, leading the site team in achieving project and individual goals.To be successful in this role you will have: Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Construction or Project Management or similarExperience in the management of large commercial projects, including planning, programming and the management of tradespeople and site labour.In-depth knowledge of Australian legislation, rules, regulations and standards relating to building sites (e.g. industrial relations, WHS and Environmental, Workcover, local government etc)Excellent interpersonal skills to manage disputes and minimise project disruptionsWell-developed ability to lead, coach and motivate large and complex site teamsIf you are interested in applying, please click the 'Apply' button to email your cover letter and resume.
