JMac Constructions are currently looking for an experienced Building Project Manager to assist in the delivery of various up and coming commercial building projects based on the Gold Coast, Brisbane and Greater Regions. As a Project Manager you will control all onsite construction operations and be responsible for managing the project team in delivering successful, on time project outcomes for the client while ensuring a safe working environment at all times. You will be responsible for leading a high performing team, directing and allocating site resources and monitoring effectiveness.
You will be experienced in managing construction sites for built form projects including schools, sporting and leisure facilities, community infrastructure, prison facilities, power and commercial building to drive construction.
Skills and responsibilities Responsible for the project's occupational health and safety, environmental and quality requirements.Monitor construction programs and completion dates.Measure all areas of subcontract work with subcontractors before they leave site.To be successful in this role, you will need 5+ years minimum experience in a similar role.Preferably, hold a current: Builder – medium rise QBCC Site Supervisor Licence.University or Tertiary qualifications in construction.Thorough knowledge of drawings, specifications, safety and quality requirements for all onsite and offsite related activities.We offer a rewarding long-term career, opportunities to develop, and a culture that values your contribution.
