Building Permit Coordinator/Administrator

Consultant required to work as part of a team and assist clients to obtain a Building Permit. 
Act as an advisor to customers and collate application documents required for their Building Permit.
Permanent Full time or Part Time Position available for negotiation for the right candidate.
Successful Candidate will have : A good knowledge of Building Permit application requirements
Experience working on either residential / commercial projects
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
Ability to effectively multi-task, prioritise and plan; excellent time management skills with strong attention to detail
Excellent computer skills in a range of software packages including Microsoft Office suite.
Responsibilities Include : Administration and Office Support 
General reception skills to liaise with customers.
Interpret property documents and communicate information with clients.
Assist clients with designing their design plans according to Building Regulations.
Lodging for Council approvals and permits.
Manage case files for the whole permit process.
