ABOUT ROLE:
Building Manager position looking after a site in Sydney's Inner West.

Key Responsibilities:
- Look after residential and commercial lots and BMC
- Handling tenancy inquiries and ensure any issues are followed up in a timely manner
- Regular building inspections & identify defects and deficiencies in the delivery of services
- Coordinate external contractors for maintenance works
- Management of common facilities, ensuring safe and clean conditions
- Liaise with key stakeholders internally and externally

ABOUT YOU:
- 2+ years building management experience
- Experience with BMC
- Proven ability to build solid relationships and rapport with tenants and other stakeholders
- Understand the importance of delivering the best customer service
