This role will move across several sites.
This is a Relief Building Manager role.About the Role:We are currently looking for a Building Manager.
As a Building Manager, you are responsible for overseeing daily operations and will be the main point of contact for residents, contractors, builders, and property managers.You will receive continuous support and assistance from the management team who will provide training and guidance to help with your transition into the role.Key tasks you will be responsible for include (but are not limited to):Ensuring By-Law complianceComplaint handling and resolutionCoordination of contractorsPreventative maintenance managementUndertaking daily site inspectionsReportingApproving invoicesAbout You:As an employee of Structure Building Management, you will have strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to follow guidelines and procedures in place.You will be confident to work autonomously and be able to follow up on all tasks in a timely manner.You will be highly motivated with a strong sense of commitment to customer service.You may have customer-facing work experience such as hospitality, retail, real estate or management.
Experience is not essential – we believe in providing all the resources to help you become a successful, long-term building manager.Bright & Duggan Property Group is an equal opportunity employer.
