About the Role Working on a contract basis for approximately 6 months within the WHS team, as the Building Maintenance Coordinator, you will support the resolution and completion of hard service maintenance works, by triaging the process from raising service requests through to completion.
This will include, but is not limited to: Planning, overseeing and managing the maintenance schedule calendar.
Ensuring all works are completed in a timely manner and to required standards - meeting relevant industry codes.
Contractor and stakeholder management.
Driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Providing advice and guidance to relevant internal groups, including leadership.
About You Possessing a relevant qualification, such as Building Automation Systems or Controls, you will have demonstrated experience working in a similar capacity previously, a solid understanding of WHS regulations, pride yourself on your attention to detail, have effective communication skills with a wide range of stakeholders and user groups, be customer centric and outcome driven in approach, and experienced in and using Microsoft Office.
