Building Litigation Lawyer 2 Years Pae +

The Role Our client is currently looking for a building and construction litigation lawyer with a minimum of 2 years PAE experience.
If you have a passion for building litigation and have 2 years minimum experience in commercial litigation (Supreme Court, County Court, Magistrates Court, VCAT), we are keen to hear from you.
Clients will include property developers, construction companies, commercial builders, homeowners, domestic builders, and owners corporations.
A snapshot of matters will include: Drafting and negotiating contracts and subcontractsProviding advice on payments, variations, defects, delays, termination rights, insolvency insurance claims, and security payment claimsMediationDispute resolutionLegislative and regulatory requirementsVCAT disputesDomestic Building Act disputesDefective building work claimsConstruction law advice and dispute resolution in delay and liquidated damages claimsAdvice and dispute resolution in construction variation claimsBuilding practitioner professional liability claimsThe benefits: This role presents an excellent opportunity for you to consolidate your front and back end building and construction experience under the guidance of a hands-on, free-thinking, knowledge-sharing mentor and ex-top tier lawyer who has honed their craft in this area.
