About the Role:
As a Building Inspector with our client, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, including:
Residential Dwellings: Conduct inspections of homes and apartment buildings. Commercial Projects: Assess commercial properties and ensure compliance with regulations. Specialty Inspections: Examine structures such as sheds and pools. Every day will offer new challenges, ensuring that your work remains engaging and varied.
Key Responsibilities: Perform thorough inspections of various types of properties. Provide detailed reports and recommendations based on inspection findings. Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure compliance with building codes and standards. Maintain accurate records and documentation of inspections.
