Aspect Personnel are working with a council in Victoria's North East to recruit an experienced Building Inspector (Limited) to join their team.

This is a temporary contract for up to 12 months depending on the candidate's availability with the possibility of being extended further.

The role will be part-time (3 days per week).

The Building Inspector role will be responsible for completing domestic building and swimming pool inspections.

You will be responsible for:
Conducting mandatory inspections Preparing detailed and accurate inspection reports Liaising with internal/external stakeholders Site visits and site surveys As the ideal candidate, you will have/be:
A Registered Building Inspector (Unlimited or Limited) A tertiary qualification in building surveying or relevant experience/qualifications A solid understanding of relevant acts, regulations, and standards Excellent time management and negotiation skills A current driver's license If you would like to discuss this role in more detail or other opportunities within Local Government, please contact:
