Building Inspector – All Construction Stages About the Role:
An exciting opportunity is available for a motivated individual with construction or trade experience who wants to transition into building inspections. This role focuses on inspecting new houses at all construction stages, from foundations to final finishes.

Key Responsibilities: Conducting independent, thorough inspections of new homes at various construction stages (e.g., slab, frame, pre-plaster, pre-paint, practical completion and post-handover inspections). Producing detailed reports using our in-house systems and based on current building codes and regulations. Communicating with clients to provide clear, professional advice on inspection outcomes.
