Future opportunities for career progression will also be available.Key Duties & Responsibilities:Demonstrated leadership and management experience overseeing multiple sitesBuild and maintain client confidence through effective service deliveryManaging internal and external stakeholder relationshipsIdentifying key gaps for business development opportunitiesUnderstanding of financial aspects of the businessAbility to create accurate monthly forecastingHandling of escalated claims and conflict management with all stakeholdersEnsuring work is carried out to a high standardCommunicate & negotiate with trades to track the progress of jobsEnsure all work conforms to legislative & contractual OH&S requirementsEnsure all inspections, certificates of final inspection from Building Surveyor & all relevant documentation are signed offTo be successful in this role you will have previous Building Management experience and demonstrate the following:Local industry contacts ideal, however, not essentialExcellent communication and customer service skillsProven track record of driving profitable sales growth and strong commercial acumenAbility to manage multiple & competing prioritiesAbility to be empathetic to the needs of the clientProject management skills desirable but not essentialQBCC Site Supervisor License highly recommendedEssential Requirements:Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsThe ability to grow a business and client relationshipsManaged delivery process and quality to the highest standardsCurrent motor vehicle licensePlease note: A pre-employment medical examination and criminal background check will make up part of the recruitment process.
