Be accountable for all works carried out and prepare and finalise production estimates and orders.

The successful candidate will have: 3-5 years' residential estimating experience preferred, or a Trade background, with quoting, a desirable backgroundAt minimum a Cert IV in Building Construction is essential, a Degree in an equivalent course is an added advantageWorking knowledge of construction processes and detailsCompetent Microsoft Office suite computer skills, particularly in ExcelWorking knowledge of an estimating system (e.g. BusinessCraft, Timberline, HMS, Databuild and Precision) is an advantage; andA GREAT ATTITUDE!!!
