Building Designer

An opportunity awaits a Building Designer to become an integral team member in our expanding business. Prime Design reflects our core ethos to deliver exceptional service to our clients while expertly solving building problems. Prime Design is engaged to design projects all over Tasmania, from new homes and extensions, to multi-residential developments and a range of commercial projects.
The Role We are looking for an experienced Building Designer to join our team, 38 hours per week. A team player who is keen to learn and bring new ideas and improvement to a busy and growing business.
Qualifications & experience Minimum of 5 years experienceBachelor of Environmental Design/ Bachelor of Architecture & Built Environments or;Diploma in Building DesignExperience with Revit highly desirableMicrosoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other Windows applicationsStrong communication skills - verbal and writtenStrong time management and organisational skillsAbility to work well in a team and independentlyUnderstanding of the approval processTasks & responsibilities Documentation of projectsFollow systems and proceduresWork with ConsultantsWork with Senior DesignersApplications close 5pm, 19th November 2024, only successful applicants will be notified.
