As a Draftsperson/Building Designer, you will play a key role in transforming client ideas into detailed designs.
You'll work closely with our design team and clients to produce accurate construction drawings and specifications for our kit homes.
The role involves:
Preparing detailed plans and drawings using Archicad.
Collaborating with clients, engineers, and other team members to ensure designs meet specifications and building codes.
Modifying and improving existing designs based on feedback and construction requirements.
Ensuring all designs are compliant with Australian building regulations and standards.
Managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
About You:
We are looking for someone with a passion for home design and a strong technical skillset.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A degree or diploma in Building Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Experience with Archicad software and a solid understanding of construction drawings.
Knowledge of Australian building codes and regulations.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to manage time and handle multiple projects efficiently.
