As a member of our residential processing team, your key responsibilities will include:Provide building advice and support to staff within the organisation to enable the provision of an integrated approach to customer service and effective achievement of outputs.Processing building consent applications to ensure they comply with the NZ Building Code.Making decisions to grant or refuse residential applications.Making lapse and extension decisions.About you:Our ideal candidate will be calm, honest and approachable with relevant BCA experience enabling you to hit the ground running. You are detail oriented with the ability to see the big picture when delivering work.
