We are actively seeking applications from a suitably qualified Building Certifier - Residential to join our client's dedicated team of fellow certification experts to deliver outstanding outcomes.
A strong knowledge of the Building Act and Regulations and local planning schemes specific to Queensland is a must.
The role would suit a highly competent Certifier who is looking for a hybrid type of working model, where you have the flexibility and focus to work from your home office, undertake site inspections and head into the office for a day or two, as required.
What we are looking for:
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a qualified Building Certifier Passionate about the industry and outcomes for valuable clientele Self-managed to deliver certification services to optimum timelines Proactive nature offering suggestions for continuous improvement Strong desire to work with a focused and collaborative team Qualifications / Licences
Diploma of Building Certification Member of AIBS Interviews
