Your Opportunity
With an increasing demand for more knowledgeable and informed assistance, our client is seeking a Building Assessor to join and support the delivery of the Building Surveying and Asset Management data capture.
This could be a role for a young, switched-on graduate keen to further their property and building surveying knowledge and background or someone already established in the field.
With consultancy arms across asset management, energy and water efficiency, unique data and ESM or Building Codes Compliance, you can develop in your area of expertise and interest!
This particular role will cover a portfolio of assets for local city councils across the Eastern suburbs, or Northern Suburbs.
Your Key Responsibilities will include: Undertaking visual assessments of properties for condition assessments and asset data collection, analysis and forecasting.Travelling across Victoria to multiple sites to conduct and complete audits.Identify, quantify and report on asset defects.Conduct pre- and post-assessment interviews with client representatives and strong stakeholder engagement.Identify, record and communicate OHS issues with client representatives.Work closely in a team environment, ensuring accuracy and quality of work is always maintained.Undertake quality assurance and data validation tasks when required.Advisory surrounding asset lifecycle replacement, disposal and future forecasting.Complement senior consultants on site with asset data information gathering and analysis when required.Why you should apply:Be a part of an exciting, mentoring and growing organisation that is an industry leader!
