THE OPPORTUNITY
Due to new projects starting early 2025, we are seeking a number of professionals with varied experience to work as Building Assessors across social infrastructure audits in Western Australia. These positions would be suited to professionals with prior experience undertaking inspections or undertaking maintenance on commercial facilities, such as schools, universities, hospitals, and prisons.

Our client's specialization lies in catering to multi-site and extensive portfolio asset holders within the social infrastructure sector.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Building Auditor, your role will encompass:
Conducting condition and compliance assessments on commercial buildings and facilities.Capturing information regarding the location, type and condition of building systems to update asset registries.Identifying building materials and various building elements.Ensuring accurate data capture and upload for each project.Crafting highly precise and detailed reports for each assessment.Creating and updating Excel spreadsheets.Collaborating with the team to maintain accuracy and work quality consistently.YOUR EXPERIENCE
To excel in this role, you should possess:
A current Working with Children Check or the ability to obtain one.Prior experience in conducting building fabric assessments or preparing condition reports.Meticulous attention to detail and a proven ability to compose high-quality, well-considered reports.Access to a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license.A professional demeanor and the capability to work autonomously or as part of a team.Exceptional communication and organizational skills.The ability to adhere to strict deadlines.YOUR BENEFITS
