Do you have a current QBCC licence in class Builder - low rise, medium rise or open and would like to get off the tools?
Or accreditation as building surveyor, assistant building surveyor or building surveyor technician?
And have a minimum 5 years' experience working in this field?
If so, you could be eligible to train as a building and pest inspector! Full training is provided (and paid for) for the successful applicant.

Focused on continuous improvement and innovation in our field, Dedant is going places in 2024 and now needs some new inspectors to meet the demand.
The RoleCompleting a range of inspections on site and preparing an unbiased report for each property using our reporting software. Following each inspection, our inspectors provide a summary of the inspection to the client, either over the phone or in person.
The range of inspections could include pre-purchase building and timber pest inspections, annual timber pest inspections, maintenance inspections, practical completion inspections, and stage inspections.
Qualifications RequiredTo be successful in this role, applicants must be suitably qualified and hold the following licenses:
Current QBCC Builders or Building Surveyors LicenseMinimum of 5 years proven experience in Building or Building SurveyingCurrent QLD Drivers LicenceMore About YouIn addition to the licensing requirements, our ideal candidate will have:
