The key focus of this role is to provide an exceptional customer experience to clients throughout their exciting journey purchasing a new home. More specifically but not limited to, you will: ResponsibilitiesTake responsibility for engaging with prospective customers at our display centre.Qualify customers with their budget, design & lifestyle requirements. Progress customers through the sales and design process. Evaluate and connect with the client in a short period of time and demonstrate you understand their needs. Manage a pipeline of prospective purchasers at various stages of their journey and engage regularly with the client by providing value.Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions to support customers to make informed a genuine sales star – it doesn't matter what industry you are currently in; we'll teach you what you need to know to succeed at this role.
