About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager (we will consider Project Manager to Project Director level too) with a well-rounded background across various project types and building contract experiences.
You will join our national team, supported by the main office in Melbourne, and be involved in overseeing a diverse range of medium to large-scale projects.
This is a client-side PM role that offers you an unmatched opportunity to learn, grow, and gain exposure across different sectors.

Team Support: Guide and mentor team members in complex problem-solving, ensuring smooth project execution.
Reporting: Provide feedback on communications, minutes, and reports to ensure clarity and effectiveness.

As this is the first leadership position in the new office, we need someone proactive who thrives in a dynamic, growing environment and is interested in growing relationships on the ground with assistance from our Directors.

Desired Experience & Skills:

Experience: 6+ years in the building industry, ideally in Project Management, Architecture, Construction, Engineering, or related industries.
Contract Knowledge: Understanding and exposure to various building contract types.
