Reporting to the Logistics Manager, the Build Coordinator is responsible for the provision of robust and effective leadership and coordination of new machine builds, that enables the team to deliver safe, efficient, and compliant support to the Mining Division and its customers.
Key ResponsibilitiesAllocating labour to meet customer requirementsArranging rosters and toolingDevelop and update Gantt charts for machine assembliesProviding accurate estimates / quotations for labour and partsArrange training requirements of the Builds teamMonthly reporting as requiredLiaising with 3rd Party VendorsDevelop and maintain internal relationships with other departmentsAssist in the delivery of Toolbox TalksAbout YouCert III in Engineering (Mechanical) is preferredAdvanced MS Office computer literacy and proficiency including Project and Excel is desiredHighly customer service focused with proven previous customer service experienceCommitment to maintain and adhere to safety guidelines in the workplaceProficient verbal and written communication skillsDiversity and Inclusion Diversity and inclusion sit at the heart of the Liebherr Group's Core Values.
