ResponsibilitiesDevelop, prepare, and monitor the annual budget processAnalyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and forecastsCollaborate with department heads to gather budgetary needs and insightsConduct financial reporting and variance analysis to inform management decisionsProvide recommendations for cost control and resource allocationEnsure compliance with budgeting policies and proceduresAssist in preparing budget presentations for senior management and stakeholdersRequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fieldProven experience as a Budget Analyst or similar roleStrong analytical skills with attention to detailProficiency in financial modeling and reporting toolsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentKnowledge of budgeting principles and financial regulations#J-18808-Ljbffr
