Heavy Duty Mechanic – Pilbara – Newman -Goldfields BTP has long term opportunities for Site Based – HD Mechanic to work a 2:1 roster and join our experienced and highly skilled maintenance team at our customer sites in WA.
Our Heavy Diesel Mechanic's will need to troubleshoot and diagnose faults , perform scheduled inspections , servicing , Commissioning, tuning , and repairs with a high attention to detail, excellent quality, and a focus on personal and team safety.
Key Requirements Australian Recognized Mechanical Heavy Duty Trade Certificate Experience working on CAT, Komatsu, or Hitachi mining equipment.
Ability to meet all site access requirements including, but not limited to, Medical, DAS, NPC.
Valid Australian Drivers Licence & HR Licence Valid relevant qualifications, certificates, and licences (RPLs) Valid High-Risk Work Licence, Forklift and Dogging About You You're at the top of your game and like to be challenged.
Substantial expertise in breakdown, repairs, and maintenance of mining equipment.
Previous experience in a mining environment completing servicing, maintenance, and repairs.
Knowledge and application of Occupational Health and Safety in the workplace.
