What are you going to doSchedule pipeline gas operations to meet critical business deadlinesManage intraday nomination requests and process late changes efficientlyIssue customer notices and revise documentation as requiredRespond to and manage unplanned/planned pipeline-related eventsAct as the primary contact via the duty phone during business hours, liaising with customers and facilities as necessaryHandle unexpected or unplanned operational events as requiredProvide coverage for additional hours during extended leave or major eventsSupport the team with redundancy coverage, ensuring consistent service deliveryEssential skills and knowledgeDegree qualification will be desirable, but not essential OR practical experience in Business, Commerce, Finance or related fields is highly valuedBackground in Contracts Management, Finance or Production Planning is preferable, especially within a complex environmentPrevious Oil & Gas industry experience will be highly advantageous, particularly in pipeline scheduling, gas nominations and industry-specific processesAdvanced MS Excel skills - formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs are essential for data management and analysisFlexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and handle unplanned eventsStrong organisational skills and attention to detail to manage critical deadlinesEffective communication skills to liaise with customers and internal teamsPrevious experience in gas scheduling, operations, or a similar field is advantageousBenefits12 month contract!Excellent hourly rate!Opportunity to work with this High Profile Global Energy Company!
