Brookfield M&E Ltd | Senior Electrical Project Manager

A Senior Electrical Project Manager is required for a company based in Liverpool Street. Brookfield M&E are currently looking for a Senior Electrical Project Manager for an M&E Subcontractor with a turnover of £70m who has recently won a number of commercial Fit Out projects. The project is a £7m commercial fit out based in Central London.

Your Duties as the Senior Electrical Project Manager:
Manage full electrical installations and refurbishments of offices ranging from £1m - £10m. Oversee the electrical design and revert back to the electrical team. Define work schedules, prepare estimates of material requirements, and manage procurement. Manage a full electrical install from start to completion. Maintain coordination with all sub-contractors and the main contractor. Liaise with all other trades. Conduct review meetings. Organize day-to-day project tasks and assign them to supervisors. Manage technical submittals. The pay for the Senior Electrical Project Manager position will be £80k - £85k + package including bonus if targets are met.
