Based at our Cronulla office, with flexibility to work from home 1-2 days per week, this key role is not just about managing numbers; it's about leveraging technology, nurturing relationships, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.This full-time position will suit an experienced broker or mortgage manager with leadership experience looking for a growing organisation to call home.
You will play an active part in the core mortgage broking activities delivered by the business and will have the technical expertise to both perform the role of broker and mentor the team, primarily in residential and construction loans.ABOUT YOUYou are a seasoned professional with at least 5 years of experience in mortgage broking, including leadership roles.
Additional experience and capability includes:Strong knowledge of residential mortgage products, credit standards, and industry regulations including investment and construction lending.Experience with all client types and lending scenarios; PAYG, Self-Employed, SMSF, Trust and NDIS.A strong communicator, capable of managing workflows and supporting teams to achieve their best.Accredited with MFAA or FBAA (highly desirable), and current accreditation with major banks and lenders.Results-driven, with a commitment to high levels of client service and ethical standards.Proficient in working with CRM's (Connective experience advantageous) and other lending platforms and applications.WHY YOU'LL LOVE BEING A PART OF DPNThrive in a workspace that celebrates over 60 team members, where innovation is fuelled by technology and a culture that's second to none.
