Due to substantial growth, they are looking for an experienced claims consultant to support this collaborative team.

Work on a portfolio of around 80 active claims, primarily within the SME sector (landlords, construction, etc.
)Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure timely resolution and client satisfaction.Collaborate with key stakeholders and Brokers, providing necessary updates and escalations.Maintain strong attention to detail and accuracy in claims documentation and data entry.Communicate effectively with clients, insurers, and internal teams to resolve claims efficiently.What you'll need to succeed: 2+ years in SME claims handling.
