We want someone who can see all the opportunities and take us to the next level of business!If you know how to structure investment construction lending, are a strong lateral thinker, great communicator, and an ambitious leader, then we would love to chat with you.About the role:The Brokerage Manager position is critical to our operation; you will be at the forefront of driving financial excellence within the Brokerage/finance division of our business.Leading a dedicated team of 5 Brokers, 1 Broker Support Officer, and 2 external Loan Processors, you will focus on leading collaboration between the finance and sales teams, ensuring smooth property finance deal closures to hit our financial goals.
