About the Role We now have an opportunity for a Broker Support Officer on a full-time permanent basis. As a Broker Support Officer, you will support the Third-Party team to ensure that the organisation delivers timely, accurate and friendly service to our members and introducers in relation to products and services whilst embracing the opportunity to cross-sell products and services to our members.
You will work in a fast-paced environment so will need to be resilient and goal-oriented.
This is a full-time permanent position, based on a 38-hour working week with the preferred location for this position to be based in Townsville.
About You To be eligible to apply for this position you must possess the following:
