Our client is a leading insurance broker who use diverse industry experience to help their customers gain an understanding of insurance and provide them with a comprehensive general insurance protection plan.
They are looking for a friendly, highly driven individual with great work ethic to join a supportive and collaborative work culture.
Who will you be working with?
You will be working within a team of around 6 people as part of this role.
The team has a wide range of experience and this is an excellent opportunity to learn more about the insurance industry.
Benefits to successful applicant: A fun working environment with regular team events Full-time position with stable work hours (5 days per week in the office) Comprehensive training and development programs Opportunities for career advancement within the company Friendly and supportive work environment Duties and responsibilities include: Assist brokers with day-to-day administrative tasks Manage and update client records Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence Provide exceptional customer service to clients Support the preparation of insurance documentation and reports Process payments, cancellations and refunds Liaise with insurance companies and other stakeholders We are looking for someone with: Minimum of 12 months experience working as an administrator or assistant in general insurance Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Eagerness to learn and develop a career in insurance broking Good time management and the ability to work without supervision If this sounds like your next role, please apply now!
