GENERAL FUNCTIONS & TASKS Will be provided in detail at client interview but will include: Managing commercial portfolio providing the highest level of customer service to clients Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with the insured, underwriters and other key stakeholders Handling new business enquiries Developing and growing the portfolio Handling all renewals, endorsements, new business quotes and all other broking duties Demonstrating initiative and a strong desire to learn Reporting to Management Any and all other duties

RELATIONSHIPS & AUTHORITY Reports to Management.
Has authority and responsibility for the friendly, efficient and accurate performance of duties.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Tier 1 and experience in general insurance broking is preferred, though they will train.
TECHNICAL SKILLS/SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE Experience with broking software preferred.
