Your TeamPart of the Broker Operations Team, the Operations Support Team is a relaxed, friendly group of professionals striving to achieve the best results for our broker clients and policy holders by supporting the entire Broker Operations Team to deliver an end-to-end broker-centric proposition from underwriting through to claims.
The Operations Support Team is a diversified team operating in many areas of the Broker underwriting and claim lifecycle, spanning across generalised Broker support including Lodgements, Incident management, system and process improvement, initiative implementation and project management and participation.
Your RoleAs the Broker Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of the Digital Claims Portal as the first choice of communication by Brokers to lodge and update claims via the Digital Claims Portal.
Own and drive Digital Claims Portal uptake by executing the Digital Strategy.Triage and manage Digital Claims Portal user and data issues to resolution.Design and deliver on Digital Claims Portal and other Broker Engagement initiatives working with the Optimisation and other cross-functional teams.Develop and maintain strong working relationships with all Brokers, Internal teams and Claims service providers.Engage with brokers to educate, encourage and drive uptake of new claims initiatives to support and benefit the broker claims experience.Your knowledge & experienceDemonstrated experience in end-to-end Claims Management experience across General Insurance (GI) product classes is required.Must have strong technical and insurance policy interpretation skills.Demonstrated experience in complaints and escalation management.Excellent understanding of the GICOP and other GI Claims regulatory requirements is essential.Solid understanding of the Broker Claims Management experience both on insurer and broker side is mandatory.Working at HollardAt Hollard you will be part of a supportive, valued and committed team.
