Location: Melbourne Award winning, community minded bank Highly competitive salary package to attract the very best We have an exciting new opportunity for a  Broker Business Development Manager  with a flair for relationship development to manage and grow a portfolio of brokers.
You will identify, develop and manage third party broker relationships to achieve lending objectives and provide brokers with the necessary training and accreditation regarding IMB products, policy and procedures.
About the Role Manage both new and existing broker relationships with a view to maximising IMB's customer and lending base Develop and implement a broker call program to ensure regular contact and brand awareness amongst your broker partners Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective brokers to build awareness of IMB products and policy Represent IMB through attendance at aggregator events and broker professional development days Manage issues and complaints, providing guidance, or escalate as required Oversee the broker application process, ensuring compliance with policy and processes, including the quality of information/documentation provided Review the performance of existing panel aggregators and agents and recommend cancellation of agreements if and where necessary About You Sound understanding of broker origination, including compliance, control and regulatory issues, with 5+ years' experience in banking Substantial mortgage lending experience, ideally with a strong understanding of credit assessment Comprehensive experience in a finance environment with a demonstrated history of achievement in business-to-business sales Existing broker and aggregator networks Strong negotiation and influencing skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Current VIC Drivers Licence The IMB  IMB Bank is a leading member-owned bank offering a full range of products and services in both retail and business banking.
