We are seeking a talented and motivated BDM to join our team. You will be responsible for driving the growth of the mortgage broker channel across the LongView business, including increasing referrals for our Home Equity products (HomeFlex & Buying Boost), Property Management, Buyers Advocacy, and Funds Management.
You will be responsible for onboarding new brokers, maintaining excellent relationships with our current brokers, and ensuring they are trained on our products and services. You will be working towards achieving your sales targets but will still have an opportunity to help shape our various product and service offerings.
What are Home Equity Products?
LongView is pioneering Home Equity products in Australia, which are mature and scaled products overseas. LongView has two Home Equity products:
Buying Boost - helps purchasers overcome the deposit gap or servicing constraints by adding additional funds to their home savings. Alongside this increase in funds, we support our clients through their buying journey by giving them access to our deep capabilities in Buying Advisory and data & analytics. In exchange, these clients provide LongView's Fund Investors with a share of future capital growth, which is paid when they decide to sell their home. HomeFlex - for existing homeowners looking to release equity they already have in their home, HomeFlex provides a non-debt solution that enables homeowners to reinvest in their business, reduce their mortgage, support their children into homeownership, or various other use cases. What is unique about these products is that LongView only makes money when our clients make money - so our Home Equity products are true Win-Win offerings.
What are our Property Management and Buyers Advocacy services?
LongView's property management business is a multi-award-winning team that provides property investors with high quality and dedicated support with the leasing and ongoing management of their investment property. As one of the largest national independent property management businesses, we strive to deliver a level of support that is rarely replicated in the marketplace.
LongView's Buyers Advocacy business combines decades of real-world experience in buying thousands of homes alongside proprietary data science to deliver superior investment performance for the properties we advise our clients to purchase.

Key Responsibilities
Growing the Broker Channel Maintaining broker relationships to ensure there is a strong and cooperative relationship Maintaining contact with brokers to keep them updated on the Buying Boost & HomeFlex products Drive referrals to Property Management (New properties for management) Drive referrals to Advocacy for new clients (Buyer & Vendor Advocacy) Organizing training programs for brokers to improve their knowledge of the Buying Boost & HomeFlex products Assisting in addressing broker complaints as well as resolving issues or challenges Monitoring sales results from assigned brokers Completing analysis to identify opportunities for business growth and improving sales HubSpot administration, including (but not limited to) inputting & updating client and partner details, notes, property particulars, new emails, reply email notes, uploading docs etc. Preparation & presentations (to clients/partners). Referring business to other service lines, where appropriate. Qualifications/Experience:
Strong lending industry knowledge Previous experience with the financial broker sector in a similar role or level Proven experience in achieving sales targets Knowledge of banking products and industry trends and experience in business planning Demonstrated experience in presentations Proven experience in developing and maintaining business relationships Effective time management and the ability to prioritize Ability to deliver results and develop rapport with brokers Current knowledge of the Consumer Credit Code, Privacy Act, and other relevant financial sector legislation A Snapshot of our Culture
