Broker Assistant

This person is highly organised with great attention to detail and can prioritise tasks to achieve set targets. The role of an Assistant Broker is to work closely with our experienced brokers to complete tasks such as, but not limited to:
Client management (assisting clients with their policy needs and managing client files) New business opportunities (assisting the broking team in quoting new business policies) Renewals (assisting in weekly insurance renewals) Debtor management (management of current debtors and follow up of clients) Claims handling (assisting in new claim lodgment, following up and managing existing claims, and assisting in claim settlement to clients) If this sounds like the role for you, please reach out. Qualifications & Experience
Tier 2 or higher (not essential) 1-2 years administration experience Tasks & Responsibilities
Offer comprehensive administrative support to our team of expert brokers. Play a pivotal role in managing Pre-Renewal documentation. Process a variety of policy documents including Certificates of Currency (CofC), Schedules, and claims history. Work closely with brokers to manage client expectations for all their General Insurance needs. Assist in the remarketing of insurance policies using platforms such as SCTP, Sunrise, and insurer portals. Utilize broking software to prepare accurate quotes for invoicing purposes. Provide dedicated support for New Business inquiries, ensuring a seamless client experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
