About the role We are looking for a Broker Administration Support to join the growing team on a Full Time, permanent basis.
As a Broker Administration Support, you will assist the Commercial Operations Manager in the daily operations of the business. Your responsibilities will include supporting the onboarding process for new brokers, providing training on software tools, and helping with broker reporting tasks.
Responsibilities Complete all online safety modules and ensure compliance with Workplace Health & Safety policies and legislation.Track and complete required actions in CAMMS for self and team, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.Report hazards, near misses, and incidents through the safety system, and initiate actions to improve workplace health & safety performance.Assist with the onboarding process for new brokers, provide software training, and support in CRM and aggregator commission system usage.Support the Commercial Operations Manager in reporting, general administration, and coordination of training events for the broker network.About You Experience with broker platforms and processes, with a strong understanding of the mortgage brokering industry.Ability to assess clients' financial situations and provide appropriate advice regarding their borrowing capacity.Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and brokers.Detail-oriented and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.Strong computer skills, with a good understanding of CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.About Elders Elders is proud to be the last Australian-listed major agribusiness and the most trusted agribusiness brand in Australia.
