The opportunity We're after a talented and experienced individual to lead our Engineering team based in St Peters, Sydney.
You'll provide guidance and direction to engineering teams, fostering skill development and innovation.
We have many areas of active work and development:
Computer vision - camera and object tracking, self-calibration Segmentation and tracking - players, balls Realistic lighting - providing realistic integration of virtual content under changing lighting conditions Robustly processing broadcast-quality video in real-time, coupled with working in a live broadcast environment provides many interesting challenges to get stuck into. Algorithms need to be robust, user interfaces need to be just right and up-time is paramount.

Key Responsibilities Leading a team of engineers in a fast-paced environment Time management and scheduling Ensuring technical delivery Equipment and hardware management and maintenance Adapting existing algorithms and research to our problem space Delivering robust real-world solutions that drive our technology forward Taking an iterative approach to solving large problems Setting up and operating our software at live sporting events Skill / Experience / Requirements Masters/PhD in a relevant subject (Computer Science and Engineering) combined with at least 10 years of industry experience Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities Proven ability to lead a team Experience working in Live Sports and TV Broadcast Industry Vizrt Products Sports Graphics Workflows Technical Management AR and VR graphics setup REST API Integration Troubleshooting Technical Support and Solution architect VB.Net #J-18808-Ljbffr
