About the role:
We're on the hunt for a State Engineering Manager to join our Audio Engineering team based in Sydney.
The State Engineering Manager for NSW is responsible for enabling the NSW Engineering Team to provide technology services across NSW in a customer focused manner that enables the highest performance of all Southern Cross Austereo staff.
What you'll be doing:
Managing the day-to-day operations and proactively integrating and communicating with other functional units and executives to achieve service delivery expectations.
Proactively contribute and interact as a member of the market executive team, attending meetings and discussing technology issues that may positively or adversely affect the business.
Proactively recommend and manage implementation of changes to SCA's specialised audio/visual systems and services in collaboration with the Executive General Manager, Engineering Operations Manager, and the market executives.
Experience we're looking for:
A relevant qualification in Electronic Engineering; or
5 years' experience in contemporary radio, TV or recording studios; or
5 years' experience contemporary Information Technology infrastructure, operating systems and applications
Proven experience in a technology management role
An understanding of ITIL service support and delivery management
