To support its compensation program, the organization is seeking an Analyst, Compensation who will play a crucial role in managing compensation processes and providing analytical support to the Total Rewards team. Reporting to the Director of Compensation, this role will ensure compensation programs are competitive, equitable, and aligned with the company's overall pay philosophy.
The Analyst, Compensation will manage key processes such as salary surveys, pay benchmarking, and the analysis of compensation data. The role is pivotal in the administration of annual salary reviews and the development of pay ranges to ensure the organization remains competitive. Additionally, the Analyst will support broader projects related to total compensation reviews and employee education initiatives, helping to communicate and clarify pay structures within the company.
The successful candidate will be well-versed in compensation cycles and familiar with managing salary surveys and compensation databases. While industry-specific experience is not required, familiarity with compensation processes across different sectors will be valuable. This role represents an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career to contribute meaningfully to the development and execution of the company's compensation strategies.
BCI seeks an individual with strong analytical skills and an ability to interpret and manage compensation data while providing insights into the broader pay strategy. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, will be essential for managing internal relationships.
