Some of the key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Lead, supervise, and manage the Service Team including key account managementDevelop and execute overall Service Strategy in alignment with branch business planProvide technical and business support to team membersAchieve revenue, GM$, and EBIT budgetSupport tender documents & quotations preparation and renewals in order to secure and hold service contractsConduct regular toolbox talks and drive reliable financial performanceDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and identify opportunities to expand service offeringsRepresent the organisation in a positive way to all stakeholdersDesired Skills and ExperienceWhat we are looking for An ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and people management skills, with a proven track record of managing service operations, an understanding of the challenges of working in a dynamic and fast-growing business, and the following attributes:
Minimum of 10 years' experience as a Service Manager or in a similar capacityMarketing and company representationExceptional communication skillsAbility to understand and analyse financial statements, project forecasts & service trendsExceptional time managementBe a fast-paced energetic and positive influencing leaderCulture Most importantly, the candidate will be able to demonstrate how they work within the VAE company values of Energy, Synergy, and Success.
