In this job you will
Reporting to the HR Manager in New South Wales, you will be part of a national team that works closely with our employees, management team and other important stakeholders. You will play a key role in implementing our employee strategies that are directly linked to the global strategic vision and our plans to become the employer of choice.
In this role you need to be an excellent communicator, able to effectively work in a fast paced and dynamic environment where you will be required to liaise with and influence internal and external stakeholders. Ideally you will be working in a hands-on HR capacity in your current role as well as have a proven track record of excellence within Human Resources. Travel will be required across Brisbane suburbs and occasionally interstate.
Responsibilities
Focus and support the QLD operations as a stand-alone QLD HR representative
Responsible for all HR activities including performance management, recruitment, HR reporting, inductions
Ensuring the successful implementation of the HR and Employee strategies
Support to Business leaders on all HR/ER related matters
Development and review of policies
Liaison with key internal and external stakeholders
Support the roll out of local and regional programs
You have the following qualities & qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication
Demonstrated experience in leading, influencing, managing and executing HR activities
AU ER/IR Knowledge
Experience in managing employee disciplinary and grievance matters
Experience in EA negotiations
The ability to effectively manage multiple priorities at the same time
5 years' experience in HR/ER with minimum 3 years' experience in a HR Business Partner role
