Join Brisbane Catholic Education (BCE) as a Senior Analyst – Finance Innovation and help shape the future of financial systems and processes across our schools and office. In this key role, you will provide specialist professional advice and capabilities to enhance and support BCE's financial systems. Collaborating closely with Financial Services, ICT teams, and BCE schools and offices, you will identify and implement improvements, drive innovation, and lead financial system enhancements.
About the role: Lead the development and evolution of BCE's Financial Services digital roadmap to drive efficiencies and innovation. Conduct research, analysis, and provide recommendations to meet future financial system and process requirements, including automation. Offer expert advice to enhance BCE's financial systems and accounting processes, addressing inefficiencies and improving technology architecture. Drive system-related opportunities by developing a gated pipeline of priorities, including change impact assessments and management approaches. Oversee development, testing, and maintenance of financial components within BCE's information systems, including documentation and process improvements. Support the creation of training documentation and deliver professional development sessions on financial systems for school and office staff. Continuously enhance the services and capabilities of the Financial Services team, ensuring alignment with BCE's strategic goals. Serve as a critical interface between Financial Services, ICT, and BCE schools and offices to ensure seamless collaboration and system integration. About You: You are a forward-thinking finance professional with a passion for driving innovation and improving systems. Strong technical expertise and an ability to collaborate across diverse teams, you are ready to lead projects that enhance outcomes and create value. Relevant tertiary qualifications in accounting, business, or a related field. Membership with CA/CPA (or equivalent). Minimum of 5+ years' experience in a financial systems role within a large and complex organization. All BCE employees will be: Eligible to work in Australia.
