St Vincent's Catholic Primary School Clear Island Waters is situated on the Gold Coast and prides itself on the spirit that can be found in our community.

The Risk, Compliance and Facilities Officer is responsible for supporting the Principal to embed and maintain the School's risk and compliance and facilities systems, practices, and procedures to ensure that it complies with current legal and regulatory obligations, and aligns with BCE system requirements.
This role works closely with the Principal in support of embedding the first line of defence, identifies opportunities to adapt system processes to the context of the school, and influences stakeholders to implement improved school operations and to keep the schools facilities appropriately maintained and compliant.
This role also maintains strong connections to system stakeholders to identify and implement requirements in schools.
We are looking for a motivated person for three days per week with experience in Facilities Management, Compliance and WH&S.
Essential Skills and Experience:
Relevant qualifications in facilities or property management.
Eligibility to work in Australia.
Working With Children Check (Paid Blue Card).
Associate Diploma or Diploma in Risk, Compliance, Safety, Business Administration, or similarly relevant qualifications would be highly regarded.
