Location: BCEO Woolloongabba We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing and Communications Advisor to join our team at Brisbane Catholic Education (BCE).
This role involves developing and implementing comprehensive marketing and communications campaigns for BCE schools, working closely with principals to align with and support enrolment strategies.
About the role: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communications campaigns for BCE schools, aligning with enrolment strategies.
Engage and build strong relationships with school principals, staff, and local communities to promote BCE educational offerings, attract new enrolments, retain current enrolments, and enhance school reputation.
Provide advice on complex technical, commercial, operational, and administrative management practices to ensure service delivery outcomes.
Offer high-level subject matter expertise on technical (social media and website) and complex matters, including branding, positioning, and engagement practices.
Develop quality practical marketing resources that have a significant impact.
Conduct in-depth marketing and engagement research and analysis to provide professional and technical advice on planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of marketing activities.
Analyse data and information to streamline processes, identify gaps and trends, and develop actionable insights and improvement strategies.
Assist in writing communication copy and proofreading marketing/advertising collateral to ensure alignment with corporate brand strategy.
About you: Formal qualifications in marketing and communications.
Experience in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing and communications campaigns.
Ability to build strong relationships.
Expertise spans technical, commercial, and operational management, with a focus on social media, website management, branding, and engagement.
Ability to conduct thorough research and analysis to provide actionable insights, streamline processes, and develop impactful marketing resources.

Hold or be eligible to hold a Positive Notice Blue card for working with children.
