We are seeking a Finance Officer to assist the Business Manager with a wide variety of financial and administrative tasks to support the financial operations of the school.

Under the direction of the Business Manager, you will assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable activities to provide support to ensure the school delivers on key reporting deadlines.

Duties include (but are not limited to):
receipt of payments debt collection purchasing payments to creditors Ideally, you will have:
excellent interpersonal and communication skills previous experience in an accounts or finance role initiative and attention to detail skills in negotiation and empathy when liaising with clients Experience with Microsoft Office suite of products and D365 is desirable Applicants are required to address these points by uploading a cover letter with their resume (upload as one file).

To be eligible to be considered for this role you will:
hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement; be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment; have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education.
Commencing: Jan 2025
Salary: School Officer Level 4 - $35.90 p/hr plus Super
Total Paid Hours (per week) & days required: Monday-Thursday 8am-4pm (30.4 hours per week)
