Full-Time Rostering Compliance Coordinator – Brisbane Airport
Trident Services is an industry leading provider of integrated services including cleaning and security services in retail centres and airports throughout Australia. We pride ourselves on the delivery of proactive, well managed service to our clients.
This Rostering Compliance Coordinator role is being offered on a Full-Time basis, Monday to Friday at the Brisbane Airport. You will be responsible for ensuring all contract rosters are continually reviewed and kept up to date, in line with budgets set within approved labour models. The role also supports operational delivery teams, including Corporate Services, with reporting requirements, award compliance and Kronos system support.
Your primary duties will include:

Processing any approved changes to contract rosters, including the comparison of variation impacts and costs.
Liaising and communicating with management and line managers on contract exceptions, rostering trends and issues, and Kronos reporting.
Reviewing new staff requests and terminations for rostered staff, assessing these against roster requirements ahead of approving recruitment activities.
Developing and maintaining strong business partnerships with Retail & Commercial Group managers.
Ensuring a collaborative and supportive approach to resolving resourcing issues at sites.
Working closely and collaboratively with Corporate Services teams, including People & Culture, Payroll, and Recruitment to ensure the timely hiring of new candidates, and accuracy of personal and payroll information and credentials.

To be considered for this role, you must:

Have at least two years of experience in Payroll and HR
Experience in rostering and scheduling in a fast paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
At a minimum, have intermediate skills across Microsoft Suite including using Excel, word, and PowerPoint.
Able to problem solve, ability to plan and deliver work against business priorities.
Be able to interpret and apply modern award and enterprise agreements with a focus on Cleaning and Security.
